On September 16, 2020 the staff of ROCHEMP Center, together with the architectural restorers of the National University of Architecture and Construction, headed by Emma Harutyunyan, left for the Shirak province for the survey implemented for the conservation of Ererouyk Basilica and the vaults of a small tomb, as well as for the restoration of the cultural house of Anipemza, according to the decision of the government of the Republic of Armenia N1919.

During the visit were discussed possible difficulties of the monument’s conservation, types of interventions and applied tools.

The visit was fruitful as it brought together experts from various areas of cultural heritage, who shared information which in turn became a good opportunity for various discoveries.
